Program Overview

This research doctorate allows students to develop a substantial body of knowledge at the frontier of theological or biblical scholarship and expert, independent research skills. The heart of this course is a 80,000 word research dissertation, which allows students to explore an area of interest to them in considerable depth, and which makes a significant and original contribution to theological or biblical scholarship. The course aims to develop graduates who are world leaders in their area of specialisation.

Graduates may find employment in universities or Christian tertiary education institutions (e.g., Bible colleges, seminaries) as undergraduate and postgraduate lecturers and / or researchers, and supervisors in their area of specialization.
