Counselling

At the heart of Tabor's School of Social Sciences is a transformational approach to tertiary education that is informed by academic excellence, professional knowledge and skills. The culture of our learning community is shaped by a profound respect for the dignity of each person and this is reflected in our engagement with students. Our aim is that students grow in the knowledge, skills and ways of being required of professionals working in various fields of the human services. Our academics are thinking practitioners who stay in touch with and contribute to developments in their fields.
Our graduates have a strong track record of gaining employment, developing meaningful careers and providing leadership within community services organisations. Graduates also contribute to the health and well-being of school and church communities.
