The Recruitment Process

We recognise that the recruitment and retention of our employees is crucial to the ongoing success of Tabor.  Our aim is to ensure that all individuals who apply for positions here are exposed to an ethical and informative process and that applicants find the process to be of the highest standard.

During the recruitment process you may be asked to participate in one or more of the following exercises:

  • Application addressing the selection criteria submitted via email or post.
  • Phone Interviews
  • Panel Interviews
  • Psychometric testing
  • Reference Checking
  • Pre-employment medicals (for specific positions).
