About Russell
Russell was born and grew up in Adelaide. He trained to be a secondary school teacher, and later for the Baptist ministry. Following 20 years of pastoring in the local church, Russell worked for 17 years in various roles for with Baptist Churches of SA, including pastor to pastors and director of accreditation. He has had over 16 years’ experience in providing spiritual direction, and has previously co-taught in an ecumenical formation program in spiritual direction.
Russell is married to Anne, has 4 children and 10 grandchildren.

About
- Russell learnt to ski in Canada in his 50’s!
- Interested in gardening, growing fruit and nuts, vegetables and flowers, for savouring and sharing.
