    Meet Joy Anasta

    Joy is the Principle and Clinical Lead with over 26 years in private practice having initially trained as a Registered Nurse before transitioning into psychotherapy. With a broad range of experiences and methodologies, Joy is able to approach all of life’s difficulties and challenges with warmth, care and nurture.

    Joy loves to walk, and she often wanders through the Adelaide Hills or along the beach on the weekends. Her delights are cooking for family and friends, finding fun and laughter, and music.

    Joy holds her Master’s degree in counselling, and is a qualified psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and mediator.

    Joy is a clinical registrant with PACFA and CCAA.
