Faculty Administrator – Head of Program Support (Education)

Management or Senior Assistant – Library/ Learning Hub
Join Tabor’s evolving Library and Learning Hub, where you’ll be a key point of connection for students, staff, and visitors. This role blends traditional library services—such as circulation, cataloguing, and resource management—with a strong focus on student support, helping connect individuals to academic assistance, wellbeing services, and a sense of belonging within a welcoming, community-focused environment.
We’re seeking a highly organised and relational professional with strong technical library skills and a passion for education within a Christian context. Depending on experience, this role may also include leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to guide a team, contribute to service development, and help shape the transition from a traditional library model to an integrated, student-centred Learning Hub.
Tabor Education Liaison Roles
Tabor liaisons perform the vital role of supporting the College’s preservice teachers, leading up to and during their professional experience placements in schools. To do this, Tabor liaisons work closely with our preservice teachers and Professional Experience Office staff, as well as facilitating links between preservice teachers, their mentor teachers, school coordinators and Tabor staff.
