Manager Library Services

Tabor’s Library is the front face of Tabor to the community and students. The Library offers a reception service to welcome external stakeholders to our facilities and a focal point for student study and community.

The Manager Library Services (MLS) is responsible for supporting the staff and students of Tabor, by managing the provision of Library resources. The Manager Library Services will supervise the library team including performance planning and development, workload management, and rostering to ensure the continual effective and efficient customer service of Tabor’s Library. The MLS is the key manager, in conjunction with Faculty Heads of Program in academic course study resources for our faculties and responsible for developing and managing the physical and digital library collections. The Tabor Library team also manage and provide a point of contact in welcoming visitors to the college and directing phone calls.

Academic Compliance Officer – Office of the Chief Academic Officer

Tabor College is recruiting an Academic Compliance Officer (ACO) to support the Chief Academic Officer in ensuring the college meets regulatory requirements as a registered Australian higher education provider. Key responsibilities include assisting with course accreditation, institutional registration, benchmarking, and quality assurance processes.

The ACO will provide operational support and advice to the Chief Academic Officer, President, and Senior Executive, helping to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role also involves preparing reports and insights for decision-making bodies such as the Board of Governors and Academic Board. As Tabor aims to achieve Self-Accrediting Authority status, experience in this area will be highly valued.

Tabor Education Liaison Roles

Tabor liaisons perform the vital role of supporting the College’s preservice teachers, leading up to and during their professional experience placements in schools. To do this, Tabor liaisons work closely with our preservice teachers and Professional Experience Office staff, as well as facilitating links between preservice teachers, their mentor teachers, school coordinators and Tabor staff.  More information here.
