While anyone can become a counsellor in Australia, it’s valuable to become registered with professional bodies. That means your training needs to align with the standards set by those organisations.

While a degree doesn’t automatically give you registration, it does “tick the boxes” to allow you to register in future.

If you would like to learn more about registering with professional counselling associations speak to us.
