Lyndsey Rice
Student Support and Success Coach
About Lyndsey
Lyndsey works at Tabor as a Student Support and Success Coach, supporting students to navigate college life with a strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging. She creates Access Plans for students living with a range of diagnoses and works closely with student leaders as the supporting staff member for SALT (Student Advisory Leadership Team), helping to facilitate community‑building events on campus such as fortnightly lunches, Open Mic Nights, and the annual Tabor College Ball. Lyndsey is also the administrator for the SIRSC (Student Inclusion, Retention and Success Committee). She also meets weekly with students in Year in the Son, walking alongside them as they explore God, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and think intentionally about their future. Outside of Tabor, Lyndsey offers Spiritual Direction for those seeking to notice God in the everyday. In her spare time, she enjoys creative pursuits, playing video games, reading, spending time with friends and family, and—when persuaded—the occasional hike or kayak trip.
