About Yianni

Dr Yianni Cartledge is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education, Tabor College. He has a passion for history and humanities education. He has taught in primary, secondary, tertiary, and adult education settings, across both the public and independent sectors.

His areas of interest are history curriculum and pedagogy, migration studies and the migrant experience, Australian history, imperialism (especially the British and Ottoman Empires), Modern Greece, and the ancient world. He is an active researcher and is also the assistant editor of the Journal of Imperial and Commonwealth History.
