Dr John C. Reynolds, PhD

John Reynolds, PhD, provides leadership to Los Angeles Pacific University, an online Christian university in California, USA. LAPU provides an alternate affordable and flexible pathway to academic undergraduate and graduate degrees, and professional certificates specifically for the adult working student.  Reynolds earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer science and information systems in South Africa, and a PhD in Higher Education Leadership at Azusa Pacific University. In addition to his administrative role he serves as an adjunct professor, teaching in his research interests of leadership, board governance, organizational behavior/psychology, and strategic thinking.

Previous to his last two decades working in higher education, Reynolds has worked as a strategy executive in the mining industry and as global Chief Information Officer (CIO) for World Vision International, a large international relief organization (1991–2000).  Reynolds serves on several profit, nonprofit, and educational boards, including LCC International University (Lithuania), API Educational Foundation (South Africa), African Enterprise (USA), African Enterprise (Canada), African Enterprise (International), Brewer Direct Inc., Tabor College (Australia) and LCC International Fund (USA).
